On March 31 1998, Netscape released the source code of its browser under an open-source license. The project is named Mozilla, and the project would later be spun off into the non-profit organization named the Mozilla Foundation in 2003.

Open source licenses are licenses that comply with the Open Source Definition — in brief, they allow software to be freely used, modified, and shared. What is Netscape?
Netscape Communications was a computer services company best known for its Web browser, Navigator. Navigator was one of the two most popular Web browsers in the 1990s.
In 1993, a team led by Marc Andreesen created Mosaic at the University of Illinois' National Center for Supercomputing Applications (NCSA). Mosaic was the first Web browser that had a graphical user interface (GUI). The browser was subsequently renamed "Navigator," to avoid copyright infringement. Netscape Communications was taken public by Marc Andreessen and entrepreneur Jim Clark in 1995, capitalizing on the growing interest in the World Wide Web. Netscape's hugely successful IPO is widely held to be the beginning of the 1990s Internet boom.
Although Navigator was initially the predominant product in terms of usability and number of users, Microsoft's Internet Explorer (MSIE) browser took a significant lead in usage, due in large part to the decision to bundle the browser for free with the Windows 95 operating system. This action led to a long-lasting antitrust suit against Microsoft by the U.S. Justice Department. Microsoft's investment of programming and capital in IE eventually resulted in a more stable browser over time than Netscape's increasingly buggy, feature-laden version. Một vài loại biểu cảm như "Khiếp sợ, kinh ngạc, tham lam, không nỡ…" mà bình thường sẽ xuất hiện trong tình huống này thì giờ đây lại không hề có trong ánh mắt thiếu nữ trước mặt!

Hơn nữa toàn thân còn toát lên một vẻ cao quý bức người trời sinh. Xem ra cô gái này hẳn phải là hậu duệ của một gia đình quý tộc lâu đời nào đó, dù không phải là dòng dõi chính thống của hoàng thất thì ít nhất cũng là quận chúa một Vương phủ.
Nhưng lại kỳ lạ ở chỗ, vì sao người như vậy đi ra ngoài mà bên cạnh lại không hề có hộ vệ nào đi kèm cả? Chuyện này cực kỳ khó mà tin nổi. Lẽ nào an ninh trong Thiết Vân thành có thể tốt đến loại tình trạng này chứ?
